After a series of meetings and deliberations, the Electoral Committee made the decision to close the application for nomination forms and member registrations on June 12, 2023, at 12 midnight. This deadline was implemented to ensure a well-organized and efficient election process.

Following the closure of applications, the committee moved forward with the subsequent steps:

June 13, 2023: Publication of Contestant Names and Positions: The committee published the names of the contestants along with the positions they aspired to hold. This step allowed party members to become familiar with the candidates and their intentions.

June 13-14, 2023: Authentication and Verification of Registered Voters: The committee undertook the crucial task of authenticating and verifying the registered voters. This process aimed to ensure that only eligible members would be able to participate in the election.

June 17, 2023: Manifesto by Contestants and Plan of Action: Contestants were given the opportunity to present their manifestos and articulate their plans of action if elected. This step allowed party members to evaluate the candidates' visions and strategies for the APC France Chapter.

June 18, 2023: Election Day: The eagerly anticipated Election Day arrived on June 18, 2023. The committee facilitated an online poll, ensuring a convenient and accessible voting process for all eligible members. The committee was committed to maintaining transparency, freedom, and fairness throughout the election, fostering a democratic atmosphere.

June 18, 2023: Declaration of Winners and Handover: After the voting concluded, the Electoral Committee diligently counted the votes and declared the winners of the various executive positions. The committee then facilitated a smooth transition of power, officially handing over to the newly elected executive members. Additionally, the electoral fees collected during the registration process were transferred to the new executive to support their future activities.
